Will the Mystic Tan make me orange?
No. Mystic Tan HD is the most natural sunless solution on the market and won't turn you orange. We recommend lighter-skinned clients start at a lower level, then return after three or four days to build on the first spray. Trying to get too dark too fast can look unnatural — build a very dark tan over a few sessions, every 5–7 days.
Does the Mystic tan streak?
We use the premier colour-less spray tan solutions by Mystic Tan, which give the most even tan possible. The key to preventing streaking is exfoliating your skin before your session and using the spray tanning activator add-on.
How do I customize my result?
The Mystic Tan HD base formulas come in a clear spray solution; you choose a light, medium or dark result. The solution takes roughly 7–8 hours to develop, and up to 12 hours for an even better result. The accelerator conditions your skin and halves that time for a richer tan. You can also add an instant bronzer for immediate colour while the tan develops, plus your own fragrance.
How do I get the best results?
Shower and exfoliate before coming in, and skip lotions and creams beforehand. Wear loose, dark clothing. Don't shower for 4 to 12 hours after your session — the exact window depends on the custom formula you choose — and avoid exercise or anything that makes you sweat while the tan develops.
